About Me
An Introduction
Illustrator for over twenty years, high school art teacher since 2001, I developed an interest in tarot a couple years ago through my increasing interest in symbolism in art. People told me I should draw a deck. I didn't get on it right away, but eventually started doing some sketches. I figured what the heck; I might as well put them on the Internet, so I created this blog.
These drawings are not finished art; they are relatively tight sketches. (I'm doing them with Photoshop and a Wacom tablet.)
My time is extremely limited during the school year, and I'm finding that this summer is also not giving me a lot of time to draw (I have a ton of other things going on as well). I'd like to be moving more quickly on this project, but "it is what it is", I guess.
